This morning a local radio station reported that Paris Duffus is going to sign
with the NHL (I forget who), and pass up his last two years at Cornell. They
quote "reliable sources", whatever that means. If this turns out to happen,
the Red will have another HUGE hole to fill in a team that already had lost
about half of last years players. Such a move would leave only Andy Bandurski,
a sophomore, with any (3 games, I think) past playing time. Actually that is
about how much Paris had prior to this past year, and he only turned out to be
an All-American first teamer. But to hope for such a performance two years in
a row might be a bit much.
