ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine men's ice hockey exhibition,
scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010 against the University of New
Brunswick, has been postponed due to the snow storm that is currently
bearing down on Eastern Maine. The game will be made up, however, a makeup
date has not been announced at this point. Continue to check
www.GoBlackBears.com as the make up date will be posted when it is
determined.

The Black Bears, 10-7-2 on the season, are coming off the 2009 Florida
College Classic Championship. Maine is currently in the midst of an eight
game unbeaten streak. The Black Bears return to action on Saturday, January
9, 2010 when they hosts Merrimack for a Hockey East Conference game. Tickets
may be purchased by calling the Maine ticket office at 207-581-BEAR or
1-800-756-TEAM.
