I would suggest Jo Ann (Josie) Harper is a liar. For her to say "officials
had not considered North Dakota's nickname when the scheduling was done" is
absolutely wrong. What we have here is an university official who avoiding
taking responsibility for a decision. To me there is nothing wrong with the
decision as she is implying, but to also lie about it is pathetic.
