From my recollection of the last three Final Fours, the two semi final games
were scheduled for 1 or 2 PM and 7 or 8 PM local time. The arena is cleared
out between the two games and separate admission tickets are required for each
game. Thus not only are you allowed to leave the arena, you are required to do
so.  That being said, I suspect that the starting times for the games in
Anaheim may be different than in previous years so as to accomodate ESPN's
broadcast schedule to feed the games back east at better times for Eastern and
Central consumption.
