Well, I don't know that I would say he fizzled. He made a career high 50
saves against a Gopher offense that peppered him. He only allowed three
goals, which translates to a .943 save%.
After watching the game with some Gopher fans, we felt he was the best
goaltender we had seen all year. Unfortunately for them, there didn't
seem to be much else on the team. The game ended 3-0.
