  Didn't the CCHA try the 2 ref system for a short period?  If I remember
correctly, that was the reason they stopped using it.  It's hard to have
the 2 refs on the same page on what type of infractions to call.  Then
one ref gets ahead of the other and they seem to try and call penalties
just to catch up with the other.  I like the one ref 2 linesmen system.
If there is something that happens behind the play that warrants a
penalty, the linesman trailing the play IS allowed to call it (isn't he?).
