o Per their request, Kent State is now listed as Kent here.  The school
  wishes to be referred to as either "Kent" or "Kent State University", but
  no more as "Kent State".
 
o Lowell is now listed here as UMass-Lowell.  Alphabetically, the school
  comes after Maine and before Merrimack despite the "U" at the beginning.
  This is consistent with how Hockey East now orders the listing of teams.
