From what I've heard, the 500K is a signing bonus.  Maine has two
ready-and-waiting goalies that will fill Alfie's shoes, plus a freshman
coming in.  Mike Morrison saw playing time last year, including the
NCAA tourney.  He prepped at Phillips Exeter Academy.  Matt Yeats is
from the AJHL and has sat out for the past year and a half, because of
a 20 minute stint in a Major Junior game.  He is eligible to play and
is an excellent goalie.  Trapper Clark is the new kid coming in...don't
know too much about him except that he is a Maine native and has been
playing at the Berkshire School.
