Not meaning to be critical, but it's Bob Ley. A very good man and he will be
missed by the college hockey family, as well as his own.
SI would find the idea of "at least one employee devoted to college hockey"
laughable.
That's exactly what I mean when I see we see our favorite sport as bigger
than it really is to the major media.
Any good college hockey beat writer worth his salt networks, and if he/she
isn't including the Net and HOCKEY-L, then that person isn't doing their
job. The Internet has become a part of the college hockey world, as WE all
know.

In other words, not only make traditional media aware of college hockey's
presence on the internet, but encourage their involvement in it. Is there
anyone at ESPN with a true love and respect for college hockey, now that Bob
Levy (bless his soul) is gone? How about Sports Illustrated? You can't tell
me that major media outlets such as those don't have at least one employee
devoted to college hockey.
