Got mine today.  I was a priority 5.

In addition to the comment about the priority system, there's a paragraph:

Interest income generated from ticket application funds is used to defray teh costs of
administering the ticket application process and distribution.  Any remaining funds are applied to
the general fund of the NCAA which finances NCAA championships, membership programs for
student-athletes and youth.

I feel soooooo much better now.
