Here's a question onw hich I could use some insight.

Odds are I won't be going to the Frozen Four in Buffalo. However I definitely
want to go in 2004 at the Fleetcenter. I've been thinking about sending in an
app for the Buffalo Frozen Four anyway and then selling my ticket(s) to someone
else (should I get any) just to get on the priority application list for the
following year. My question is would this help at all? The more I think about
it the less I think it would help, since it seems likely that I wouldn't get
tickets from the priority pool anyway (given that they'll probably all go to
people who have the 5/4/3 year priority) and would be just as likely to get
them for 2004 sending in a normal app than the priority app.
