Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but I don't think the NCAA has anything
to do with televising the MN vs. Maine game.  My impression is that MSC
and/or WABI are producing the broadcast.  That would mean that the NCAA
doesn't feel that -any- of the first-round games are worthy of TV.
