Just wanted to point out Minnesota-Twin Cities won the women's D1
championship over the weekend, with a former Colby coach at the helm.
Laura Halldorson took the White Mules to the ECAC playeroffs in hjer last
year at Colby, the only D3 school in the D1 tourney. Colby has since
dropped down to play a D3 schedule.
Halldorson began the Gopher women's program, finishing fourth her first
year, third last year and won it all this season, defeating WCHA champ
Minnesota-Duluth and ECAC champ Brown.
Now - it's going to be a long wait for Providence.
