To the powers that be:
 
The closest restaurant, a parking lot away from the Pond, that isn't
exorbitant is Chilies on Katella. They accommodate large groups and will fix
special menus with special prices. Call Nanette at 714-630-5365. Book for the
31st or the 1st. Friday and Saturday are too busy to book large groups.
