Newcomers Niagara take the early lead in the ECAC Division I Women's
league as they sweep Boston College at home in league play.  The Purple
Eagles won two close battles with the Beantown Eagles to gain a four point
edge on the pack.  This coming weekend, other first-year team Maine
travels to Princeton for a pair while travel partners Cornell and St.
Lawrence make the trip to Dartmouth and Boston College in league action.
Meanwhile many of the other ECAC teams warmup for the start of the season
with a variety of exhibition/non-conference matches.
