There are two (or more) sides to any story, and in a forum such as this
one give and take provided in good spirit should be what we are about. I
am, however, tired of people dismissing opinions about Walsh which are not
complimentary as coming from "Maine bashers". This does not address the
points being made, and dismisses the opinions. I don't seek or
desire unanimity on this list or elsewhere. But there should be an
awareness that people who think that Walsh is a disgrace to coaching and
that he should not be again allowed to adversely influence the ethical
formation of young adults are not necessarily Maine bashers.

As I said above, you and anyone else is entitled to their opinion. The
world is a more interesting place because of differing perspectives.
Disagreement and dismissal are different things however.
