AGAIN - these decisions are not arbitrary.  Minnesota is playing the lowest
seeded team in the entire tournament in the first round.  Whether it is the
OPINION of fans or not that the Spartans are a tough team, really doesn't
matter.
 
You accuse the committee of being arbitrary, yet then you want to make a
subjective call on who is a tough team.  The committee left their Opinions out
of it.  They went by the book.
