Well, I just finished replying privately to private e-mail from a member
of Army's hockey team.  This has gone a bit far, methinks.
 
Hockey-L is for discussing hockey and expressing OPINIONS.  One of my
opinions is that Army did a great job on Saturday night against Cornell.
Another one of them is that Army isn't as good a team as Cornell.
Another one of them is that Cornell isn't as good a team as Michigan.
 
Some teams are just thought of as "better" than others, and when one of
them gets tied or beaten by a team that's generally considered not as
good, people are surprised.  It's even sometimes called an upset.  Why is
that so hard to grasp?
