It was reported on the Michigan Tech Alumni mailing list today that Tech's
athletic department is considering playing a "home" game at the Bradley
Center next year, similar to UMD's game this year.

Overall response among the alumni has been mostly negative; Tech has enough
problems trying to beat the Badgers already. :-) One alumni said he'd
support the idea if ALL of the following were enforced:
 - MTU fans get first choice on tickets;
 - MTU gets to determine the ice conditions for the game;
 - MTU brings along the refs that usually do the games up in Houghton.

Pluses for Tech would be:
 - $$$ (of course)
 - increased recruiting exposure in Wisconsin.

Funny how closely the refs and ice conditions discussion reflects what has
been brought up here on HOCKEY-L.
