I told Buddy Powers (BGSU head coach) this yesterday.
He said, to the effect, "So what?". He added that if Kent
had not dropped its program, BG would be playing them
3 times, and they probably wouldn't have been much better
than OSU. Buddy stressed that they all knew what they
had to do the final weekend to get in the tourney. They
failed to do that.
 
The more I talk to Buddy, the more I like the guy.
