IMHO, Ingalls is the worst rink I've ever been to (12 in the ECAC,
several others around the East).
 
It has the worst of all of the following in the ECAC:
 
food (both quality and availability)
P.A. (if Bright's is fixed)
restrooms
 
It has the second-worst of the following:
 
sightlines (after Houston)
atmosphere (after Meehan)
 
Fan involvement is neither very weak nor strong, so that's a wash.
 
I'm flaming the building, here; not the fans or the school.  I just hate the
place.
