I feel the change to the coicincidential minor rule is good for two reasons:
1. It opens up the ice to make the game a lot more exciting and faster
2It makes the NC$$ help align itself with the NHL(who?)
which already has this rule. It seems whenever the NHL makes a rule change it
takes the NC$$ two ot three years to follow.
