*HIT THE GROUND RUNNING*
*COE ORIENTATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT*
*FOR NEW PROFESSIONALS*
*ONLY 30 SLOTS AVAILABLE*

Have you recently assumed responsibility for directing a TRIO, GEAR UP, or
other College Access and/or Retention Program?
Do you have new professionals in college access and success reporting to
you?

If you are looking for an orientation that will provide the structure for
your work, specific responsibilities for both directors and staff, and
prepare employees for the work they are about to embark on — this is
designed for you!

This three-tiered training package is designed to help new college access
and success employees learn about the career they have chosen so they can
hit the ground running. The package includes: 1) one-to-one phone
consultation between COE, trainee and supervisor; 2) in-person
training on *Sunday,
October 17* in Boise, ID. (preceding the NAEOP conference), and 3) *three
to five ten-day courses* on topics directly relating to your work. Can’t
make Boise, we have other trainings (check them out).
