This has been recommended to me by a person connected with ALA's
Legislative office in DC as one of the best articles available  on net
neutrality. MLA Board members will particularly interested in this
inforrmation as it was a topic of discussion at their last Executive
Board meeting.  But, like TABOR, it is an issue that could have great
impact on us all.  Enjoy!
