As far as I know, there is no such provision. And while I hardly pay
attention to the national anthems any more, I'm pretty sure there are at
least some teams in the ECAC that only play the Star Spangled Banner.
 
At Cornell, we have a tradition of playing the Turkish National Anthem
between the second and third periods of each junior varsity game, but
that's another discussion for another time.
