Phil writes in reference to the 1993 NC$$ Phinal Phour in Milwaukee:
 
 >How many tickets are reserved for the participating schools?
 
      There are 500 seats (usually a block) per school reserved for the fans
 and band/boosters/students/ etc. These are usually sent to the schools to sell
 locally and any unused tickets are returned to sell at the site of the tourney.
  (At least that's how they did it here in St Paul)
