With Harvard now winning (with North Dakota still in progress) and adding in
bonuses (.003, .002, .001) my first pass was:

Green Bay
1. Wisconsin
8. Cornell
9. Michigan
16. Bemidji State

Grand Forks
2. Minnesota
7. North Dakota
10. Colorado College
15. Holy Cross

Worcester
3. Boston University
6. Miami
11. Boston College
14. Maine

Albany
4. MSU
5. Harvard
12. New Hampshire
13. Nebraska-Omaha

Assuming there is a desire to avoid some intraconference play then a little
playing with seeding is needed. The most likely swapping seemed to be
Colorado College with Boston College and Nebraska-Omaha with Maine. That
seems to make it pretty easy to follow the straight seeding from there, assuming
travel distances do not get much consideration. Otherwise, other things like
swapping Holy Cross and Bemidji State as well as Miami and Cornell start to
happen.

There does seem to be some sensitivity in the bonuses with Colorado College
and Michigan. The more the bonus the better for Colorado College. So it is
possible that Colorado College could end up as 9 so Michigan would get
swapped with Boston College.
