Many people have posted queries in the past seeking information
on the purchase of college hockey jerseys. I spotted a booth
at the Pinnacle NHL Fantasy exhibit with numerous game-worn
jerseys for sale and grabbed a catalog from the exhibitor. Among
the available game-worn jerseys are a selection from Brown (just 1 - Mike
Ross, so it must be size small :-)), Guelph, Maine, Miami, Michigan St.,
Michigan Tech, New Hampshire, Northeastern, Ohio State, Providence, RPI,
Union and Western Michigan.

In addition, there is an ample supply of NHL and minor league jerseys.
You may find equipment or a jersey used by your favorite college alumnus
even if he only had a cup of coffee in training camp. For example, they had
Sverre Sears' (Princeton '93) Flyers jersey and he probably
wasn't even in camp long enough to say 'Pass the sweet-n-low.' You can
get a copy of the catalog by contacting:

Byron's Hockeyland
11 Rally Road
Egg Harbor Township, N.J. 08234-9685

(609) 653-6172 phone
(609) 653-0552 fax

Prices range from $75 for some college jerseys to $100 for an NHL stiff
and on up for a quality player. Keith Tzachuk's Jets jersey will set
you back $1750. Please e-mail any questions directly to me. BTW, my
slapper clocked in at 54 miles per hour -- I don't think I'm going
to intimidate many goaltenders.
