What's even more unusual is that I called PC Saturday morning and they
said NO amount of snow would make them cancel the game. That was all
the encouragement I needed...

Well, as an expert on this storm, I can tell you Providence did get
hit pretty hard (10-12"), Boston got a dusting (6") and the Merrimack
Valley only got about 14".

The attendance at Providence was pretty sparse, just three. I couldn't
believe they left the place wide open. I toyed with the idea of taking
the kids for a spin around the rink. I chose to hustle home so I could
not see the ULowell game on WNDS.
 
All-in-all, a great day for hockey!
