For Matt Hills...

Yes, BGSU is significantly better than OSU on paper. The Falcons
have WAY more offense, a more talented group of defensemen,
and a slightly better netminder...I'd put Petrie [BGSU] and Askey
[OSU] both among the top four returning goalies in the CCHA.

BGSU also takes fewer penalties, as a general rule. On Tuesday,
OSU showed no confidence. They hurried their passes and showed
no composure when trying to move the puck up ice. They also gave
up oodles of 2-on-1 opportunities and the Buckeye defensemen
were routinely beaten 1-on-1 by Falcon forwards.

To top it off, Askey was average at best. BGSU was going to score
5-6 if Askey was hot, but maybe not 10.

Btw...the coaches' and media poll picked BGSU 5th and OSU 10th.

Charles Brian Goff asks about...
> G John Grahame

I don't have last year's info handy, but Grahame is a freshman
at Lake Superior, and should challenge for the #1 job. He was
drafted in the 9th round by the Boston Bruins.
