I noticed a poster at the Miami game last night which said that Miami, Colorado
College, Kent, and Brown are in a four team tournament over the holidays at the
Coliseum in Richfield, Ohio over Christmas break. Since I'm from the
Cleveland area, I was very happy about this!! I believe it is Dec. 29 with
Kent playing Brown first and then Miami playing Colorado College. The
consolation and final will then be on Dec. 30.

There are two things I am wondering about. First, I believe the Miami program
said BGSU coach York is the 9th winningest in NCAA college hockey history and
the 3rd winningest among active Division I coaches (I think I read that right).
Who is the winningest coach and with what record? I'll settle for Division I
if that makes a difference.

Also, something I always wanted to figure out, are there any particular rules
regarding face offs? I know the ref will make the players change if they are
not in the right position, but what in particular? I thought I once heard
something about the home team's stick having to be on the ice first.

Thanks in advance. Karen
