A recent post indicated that in Ohio the better high schoolers play
on the school hockey team, while those not so good play on others
(midget teams?).  I'm under the impression that just the reverse is
true here in Michigan--or at least in the U.P.
 
P.S.  I spent most of my formative years in Canton--my condolences to
      those of you who still have to rely on the Repository!  (The
      NFL Hall of Fame is great, though.)
