Union earned a weekend split by defeating Brown, 4-1, Saturday night
at Meehan Auditorium. According to www.collegehockeystats.com, Nathan
Gilles scored two shorthanded goals for Union and Marc Neron scored
two at even strength. Freshman Tim Roth made 26 saves for the
Dutchmen.

Union snaps Brown's season-long home unbeaten streak. Brown was 4-0-1
in Providence before this game.

Union is now 3-2-1 in the ECAC, 6-5-3 overall. They will make the
short trip to Troy next Saturday for their first game of the season
