Am not sure where "favour" came in and am assuming author meant favor
although that might be the Victoria Park spelling!
The real problem as evidenced by the dearth of postings is that there is
little enough interest in college hockey (Canada is facing its own crisis as
many young Candian athletes are now playing football and basketball and going
to our schools and the new economics of NHL will mean that there will be
fewer and fewer Canadian teams with only Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver
surviving. The absolute best thing to have occurred in college hockey and
hockey for that matter was 70k attending a US college hockey game in
Michigan. Americans will get more interested in US college hockey when more
Americans are playing and the sport is more national and not just a regional
niche
