The Duquesne (as well as Robert Morris) football program is a non/limited
scholarship program. Robert Morris would be a candidate because of Title
IX. They have at least 3 more women's sports than men's and the football
program is non-scholarship. They should have room to add another men's
sport (they have 3 men's club sports) without having to add one ot the other
side.
