Well, it seems that the Xcel Center, in its something less than perfect
competence, lost our application for tickets. we had been wondering why we
didn't hear from them about our lottery results. They say that there isn't
a damned thing they can do to help us except to put us on the waiting list,
despite Dad having the confirmation slip that the faxed application was
sent. (As an aside to any customer service types out there: Don't apologize
while simultaneously saying that you won't do anything to fix your screw-up;
it actually increases the irritation level and indicates that your apology
doesn't mean that you accept any responsibility.)

So, if anyone has any leads on two tickets for the Frozen Four, I'd
appreciate it.
