0 UMaine senior Jim Leger (Saugus, Mass.) was honored today with the
  College Hockey Humanitarian Award, given annually to "college hockey's
  finest citizen." This year's male winner of the Dean Smith Award,
  given each year to UMaine's outstanding student-athlete, Leger was
  chosen for today's award for his public service volunteer work, both
  in this area and in Massachusetts.  A Web site with more information
