I am pleased to report that the University of New Hampshire has
corrected a past error under the truth in advertising laws of college
hockey.  Regular readers of this space may recall that last year I
busted a gasket over a banner hanging inside the Whittemore Center
celebrating the Wildcats 1997 Hockey East championship.  BU fans around
the world can now take comfort in knowing that the banner has been
amended to properly reflect UNH winning the regular season title.
 
Of course, BU fans such as myself can still stew over the fact that the
banner still does not state that the title was shared.  C'est le guerre,
or something like that.
