It is rare.  During Maimi's first game againt Western Ontario they had a a similiar situation.
They refs sent 3 skaters from each side to the box on coincidental minors.  Before the two minutes
were over, they had another fight in which all ten skaters were given coincidental minors.  So for
around 30 seconds a total of 16 players were in the box.  Talk about standing room only.  BTW,
does anyone know the record for the most players serving penalties at one time?
