4. St. Cloud State and Michigan Tech -- the Huskies will win. The ones
with arguable the best goalie in the nation, the ones whose leading
scorer is ranked 19th in the league, the ones who beat the other ones
four out of four so far this year. SCSU in two.
I think Nathan's opinion of Brian Leitza is a bit inflated. Granted, in
the first half of the season he was
outstanding, but over the last couple of months he has been quite ordinary.
Statistically, he has
fallen to the middle of the pack in the WCHA.
If St. Cloud State intends to make any sort of impact in the post-season,
Leitza must return to his
early season form otherwise their Husky is cooked. Without him, this team
is very average.
