Picked up a 1995/96 schedule pamphlet that is published by the CCHA.
There is a section title "Important Dates to Remember." IN this section
three is a part about "Recruiting Dead Periods." The periods are 8:00 AM
11/6 - 8:00 AM 11/10, 3/27 - noon 3/31, 8:00 AM 4/8 - 8:00 AM 4/12. Who
can tell me what this means, and why are these specific times chosen?

Also in this pamphlet is the dates of 11/8 and 4/10 as the National
Letter of Intent. Is that the only days of the years that a potential
student may sign a letter of intent?
