Just heard the score only on the radio, BC beat Yale at the Whale tonight,
2-1. I didn't expect BC to be able to hold Yale's offense to just a single
goal. The Eagles have allowed only 4 goals in their last three games,
scoring 6 themselves plus two empty-netters against Northeastern. But
that's enough for BC to put together a three game unbeaten streak (2-0-1).
BC is now 6-9-4, 3-5-2 nonleague, while Yale is 8-5-2, 1-4-0 nonleague.
The one goal equals the Bulldogs' low for goals this season, as they were
also held to one goal by Maine and Princeton. Yale had a six game unbeaten
streak broken (5-0-1 until tonight).
