for the third straight game the huskies went to overtime, as St cloud
 scored around the 5 min mark of the second period on a penalty shot, (Gruba),
  the MTU huskies equalized at the 12:31 mark of the third on a goal by Hugh
  McEwen (back after missing 8 games due to injury), assisted by Travis Seal,
  and Liam Garvey.  For the second straight game, the MTU Huskies ended with
   a tie and a point in the WCHA.
