Well, I certainly hope the coaches of the other three teams in the West
regional are paying close attention to these scouting reports on Cornell.
Not to worry, guys, just prepare as if you were playing the ninth-place
WCHA team and you'll be all set. Well, to be on the safe side, better prep
for the eighth-place team...

Unfortunately, Lucia, Markell, and Whitehead are probably a whole lot
smarter than that, drat the luck...

I'm looking forward to this regional. Cornell finally gets to play a Real
Team, maybe even two. After diddling around with that creampuff
ECAC/AHA/peewee-midget regular-season schedule, the Big Red faces off
against the CCHA runner-up, and if Ohio State somehow blows that game,
Cornell gets to play either Minnesota on its home ice, or a Maine team that
beat Minnesota on its home ice. Biggest challenge of the year for the team
from Ithaca -- which, after all, is what the NCAA's should be.

Can't wait...
