While we're all batting this topic around, I thought that I'd mention some
interesting numbers that I saw today. Boston University season ticket
holders received a list of prices for BU's road games this year, in case
fans wanted to purchase tickets through BU.

With two exceptions, prices are in the teens, from $10 to $18. Providence
was the low ball, with $8 tickets for visitors. Minnesota was $28, much
higher than any of the eastern schools that BU visits this year.

My question is, how does this stack up with everyone else's experience of
going on the road? Is $28 a western thing, or just a case of Minnesota being
able to charge high prices for two-time defending national champions?

And by the way, does anyone know what BU charges visiting fans, just as a
basis for comparison.

Patrick
