Tampa Bay has signed Eric Perrin as a free agent.  He rejoins
Martin St. Louis whom he played with at Vermont from 1993 to
1997.  St. Martin had some influence in the signing, telling the GM of
Tampa that Perrin was as good if not better than St. Martin.  Perrin
has been playing in Finland for the past three years.
