Pardon my ignorance of the matter but Vicki Price's list about removal of
steel from pucks came as a compete surprise to me.  When did the powers
that be ( and who are they??) ever consent to putting steel in hockey
pucks?  And why?  Also, what was the configuration of the steel, i.e. solid
central core or cylinder or disk, wire mesh frame, solid rectangle??
Anybody?
