Mr. Rowe scres with a slapshot. A terrific game and congratulations to both
teams. BC certainly played well enough to win and clearly held up the banner
of east coast hockey after the shellackings that had been going on in the
early rounds. It was also refreshing to see how many American players both
teams had and to see places like Iowa, New Jersey,  and Pennsylvania
represented in the championship game. This will grow the sport in the US.
 
Michigan is the champion and deserve all the credit in the world. I look
forward to the day when this would have been a battle of Big Ten vs. Big East
champs.
