Dartmouth moved into a tie for second place in the league with a win at
travel partner BC. At the Princeton Invitational, Minnesota had a big
weekend defeating Providence, Princeton and Cornell to win the tourney.
The first-year Gopher squad is now 3-2 against the ECAC League and would
be in a tie for 5th place, if they were in the league. What a great start
for Minnesota!
There will be additional travel partner games over the next several weeks
as various schools take time off for exams and the winter holidays. The
top match next weekend is the meeting between UNH and NU at Durham, NH.
Both teams are undefeated in the league, but trail Cornell in the
standings. The Big Red play two games at home against travel partner St
Lawrence. Dartmouth finishes its home and home series with BC this week.
