The ECAC Women's All-Stars fell to the USA Women's National Team 8-0 at
Talbot Rink in Gloucester, MA.  It was the second time a team of ECAC
Women's All-Stars faced off against the Women's National Team.  The first
game going on Saturday, October 18 at Everett Arena in Concord, NH.
 
On Tuesday night the crowd of over 1,700 was packed into Talbot Rink as
part of a fund raiser for the community's athletic programs as part of
the celebration for the town's 375th birthday.  The crowd was treated to
a scoreless first period as Yale's Laurie Belliveau turned aside 35 shots
to keep the game dealocked at one.  The USA National Team finally got to
Belliveua at the 14:11 mark of the middle period and tallied three goals
in a three minute span on its way to the 8-0 victory.
